Our company was incorporated in 1997 and registered as IŞIK Turşuculuk ve Gıda Sanayi Ticaret ve Limitet Şirketi. Our company registered the ZAVRAK brand in 2003 and became the first and pioneering company of our region, which has obtained a production license from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. Our company: It makes production according to taste with its 30 pickles, using natural raw materials and without additives. By making contract cultivation, our region's vegetables are processed and our region adds added value to the agriculture and producer of the region. It has adopted the task of keeping pickle culture, which is indispensable for Turkish cuisine, and responds to every need in this direction. It has undertaken the mission of promoting not only its own brand but also the traditional pickled pickles in national fairs and festivals.
