Our company started the pickle production in 1969 with its "traditional homemade" style. With the increase of vegetable production in our region in terms of variety and quality over the years, it has increased both its production capacity and product variety, and it has reached to today's production technology by mechanizing over time. Our company was incorporated in 1997 and registered as IŞIK Turşuculuk ve Gıda Sanayi Ticaret ve Limitet Şirketi. Our company registered the ZAVRAK brand in 2003 and became the first and pioneering company of our region, which has obtained a production license from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock.
